As a borrower your objective should be to  turn over a well organized and easy to digest loan package.

Easy to understand, hard to find someone who can structure the policy appropriately...

Low class outfit ... one of my borrower/ clients went into escrow with them last week and  put up the non refundable money getting ready to close and well  the title needs to be probated.. so these guys dont run title until they have your deposit.. will see if and how easy they give my client back his money since it did not close on the closing date and no extension was given or signed..

Is it as easy to use as pulling leads from them and skip tracing?  

Cost will depend on how easy this is.

And it is EASY to make 30% in notes.  

It's a good book, but it's one that can make investors think that investing with no or low money down is easy.
