It depends on the dolor scheme you are using in the house.The trend right now is gray neutral.Check houzz for painting ideas.But alotnof folks like the look of wood beams so i would paint it all black.I would try a contrast color scheme.

I know people wholesaling REOS..where theres a will theres a way...its all about how the paper work is done...From what I was told by an Attorney...It may be a gray area...but..alot of people feel that about wholesaling.

Either way, you pay or go. this isnt a gray area, its clear cut black and white. thats my .02 on this topic.......   

Muted grays work well (gray itself, buy gray green, gray blue, etc); they are modern.

Replaced the carpet and painted all the cabinets gray for a better look.

The floors have an orange undertone to them so select a gray that has a blue undertone.

But I still don’t know the rules about it and I’ve been told it’s a gray area. 

@Gregory Gray a mobile home is not considered an improvement to land...it's more like a car...personal property.
