All because of the crazy speculation near that area, you now see horrible houses costing twice as much they should, and the margin to profit after a flip is getting compromised, because there is a "limit" that who is looking to buy a house there can really afford.

It's very unsettling, and I feel horrible as this was a young mother...Anyway, another family member (who is also a tenant in the same unit) asked if there was any way to get out of the lease, stating they wouldn't be able to live there anymore given what happened.

I can't believe how many places have horrible photos you barely can see and it makes look like a dump.on the flip side I see a lot of photos where someone tried filtering the photos to look more impressive and it looks unrealistic.
