@Jerry Callow I'm originally from San Francisco and from what I've been seeing, it's only getting worse for landlords in CA.

This includes 436 residential units (recently reduced from original plans of 460), a 5-story hotel, and 2 million square feet of commercial space, which has already been approved by the county.

On the 19th now the credit bureaus didn't all show up and we were forced to push it back another day because the scores didn't show until after my original  closing time.

He does not need to move out until the end of the original lease, so July '25.

@Adaze FoltzI've been both a recipient and an originator of many private loans.Provided you are working with a legitimate and experienced private lender, I see TWO main benefits:1.

The only thing original, still is the HVAC, this is from 1986 and I am leaving it until it completely goes out.
