I want to de-leverage, as the government in my area has spun out of control.

Here’s another one, 80% of all US dollars ever were printed in the last 5 years.

We needed the Actual printed receipts and Boarding pass's.. now this was trips that were 4 years ago.. who has that stuff ..

I used to print it as well but that can be a pain if and when anything changes.

For example, I lived in the past in Arizona, so when I do my taxes I print 2 copies, and send one copy to the IRS (the Feds) and the second copy to the local IRS (the Arizona IRS, which is called Arizona Department of Revenue, if I remember correctly)Since I moved to Florida last year, my understanding I dont have to send anything to the Florida IRS (if there is an institution like that), I should only send a copy to the IRS (the Feds), correct?

That will depend on at minimum location, marketing,  economy, management (even if it is self managed), purchase price, insurance costs, property taxes, operational costs and rates  financed at.The scary part about is STR's, at any point your local government can ban them, as we've seen in major markets.
