Hospitable is a lot of people's favorite and is very strong on guest messages with their AI platform. 

I am building a 12 unit glamping resort and want to setup a direct booking website. Does anyone have recommendations or good experience with a company that handles this?

The platforms have issues.

Obviously research on the actual airbnb platform but the rates fluctuate so much and it doesn't even show most of the properties!
