My concern is two fold:1.

Many people believe that what they send out into the world comes back to them many fold.

All in all, everyone I've known whose had properties in Mexico over the past 15 years have more than made there money back triple-fold.

Be careful not scare your opponent or he'll fold then what do you have.

Additionally, in review of the elec bill:July:  798 kWhAug:  1814 kWhSept:  2244 kWhThey occupied the property full term though those three months, yet a three-fold increase seems negligence to me.

If it were my site, a few things I would do to improve the functionality, as far as improving conversion and sign-ups, would be to move the "sign-up" box from the bottom right-hand corner, to the top, "above the fold," (which is the top of the page that people first see without having to scroll down).
