Hi there, I'm a new member in Austin, Texas. I've always been obsessed with real estate- my Mom tells me instead of having tea parties with stuffed animals when I was 4 years old, I haggled commercial real estate deals with them. She blames my early fixation on Donald Trump, who had a show at the time, but I also don't know of many people who's favorite shows at four were Sesame Street and anything with Donald Trump explaining real estate in it.

I started a small real estate investment firm when I was 17, and did primarily forclosure fix and flips. Things went very well, and I handed the business off to my parents and went to college (my parents, apparently, did NOT listen to Mr. Trump, and that company has since folded).

During my time doing forclosure fix and flips I got to be very good at sourcing REO tapes. Right now I'm mostly focusing on flipping to institutional investors, but there's always a lot of smaller deals they just aren't interested in (12 unit multifamily, for instance). I joined Bigger Pockets to find investors who would be interested in the smaller properties that I can't move through the larger companies.

Also, if you have a particular desires, let me know- I deal with banks in every state, so I'll keep an eye out for you.

I'm hoping, after doing enough REO wholesaling, to be able to start cherry picking deals for myself. I'm also interested in doing master lease options on multifamily, but want a bit of a war chest first.

My ultimate goal is to own 100 SFR's, 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garages, free and clear.
