Hiring Leasing Agent to Sell Investment Property On Lease Option

Hi,I want to know your views on hiring a leasing agent who can locate a tenant buyer for my investment property.I have heard about this strategy from Joe Mcal podcast and it sounds good to me.Also, I am a bit frustrated of posting ads and qualifying tenant buyers everyday.
