My vote is, we blow right by the ever-expanding governmental control of our free enterprise real estate business and use our talents and knowledge learned from our gurus to create cleaner, smarter, other-centered, self-reliant real estate transactions to benefit fellow BP members, our family, friends, neighbors, state and nation.

Being an enterprise software developer with over 35 years of experience and trying to transition to Web/app development, I think I may see an opportunity here.

Also if your list is less than 2000 people (commercial enterprise rule) than you have some leeway with the courts as well.

The "accountability coaches" will give you advice on calls and ask Michael if they don't have the answer but they won't crack the whip if you slack offIt was better when Michael did the q&a calls himself but he has so many enterprises going I understand that isn't possible.

So I guess you can say I'm an enterprising college student.
