I can't find legislation on that.Now: I wanted to hire someone, but it's not easy to find someone willing to travel every time it snows, only to do 10 minutes of shoveling.My tenants are elderly and unwilling to do it, besides I heard exchanging tenant's service for cheaper rent is a disaster waiting to happen.What are my options?

Fannie's predicting 10 and 20 years into the future, which will obviously cause accuracy concerns, but the numbers are there.Yes, I agree there will be a lot of elder mom-n-pop landlords ready to retire and get rid of their multi-family unit, but there will also be a lot of buyers waiting to make overpriced offers as more and more people get into the MF game.

I've been dipping SFH for about ten years and just recently bought a duplex with existing tenants , they have both been there over 2 years , one elderly , perfect tenant!
