Hello Big Pockets! As a young adult in NYC I am looking to get my foot in the door in the real estate market and would like to know where to start.

There's a good prospective tenant that wants to sign our lease but they are not sure about start date (work travel schedule) until 3 weeks from now.

We ended up just talking to our prospective lenders about our intention to transfer to the LLC after closing and most confirmed there would be no issue and their investors do it all the time. 

@Sharon Deloris, I think the question on whether to sell comes down to what you think are the valuation prospects going forward and also what is the durability of this premium rental rate you can get?
