There is a ring camera system that has a job site security package as well some of my investors use for their projects do not have internet it works off cellular connection.

I do check placement (we do well on either platform but have a few more niche offerings for our area) so not taking that calendar booking "hit" much.

I know a few investors that do it here in Tempe, Mesa, and Glendale - not to mention you can do it in Phoenix as well.

A well written management contract should clearly spell out what is expected of both the PMC and the owner, to PROTECT both and avoid misunderstandings.
