Account Closed Replace Rock siding to vinyl siding

My first thought was to leave the rock there to give the home sole character, but some contractor told me to tear it all out and replaced with all new siding because it it dated .What do your house Flipper think ?

Some of that time was working with Atlanta to get the housing approved, but mostly I think the problem is that the street / neighborhood is pretty rough (some noisy neighbors and a few shady characters).
