Me and buddies are astonished with how friendly and willing to help people are on this website 

I just had a buddy advise me to house havk i agree with it.

One buddy did 25% and our other friend, who flips full time, went in 50%....he found and managed the entire project.

My dad starting in RE in 1965ish.. did not like the 3 leads a week the managers gave him... ( think Glen Gary glen ross) so he went out bought a printing press and taught me how to run it... then on sat me a a bunch of my buddies would walk the neighborhoods and put 2 to 3,000 door hangers out... we got paid a penny a piece... so it cost my dad maybe 5 cents. 

They can also use the buddy system for showings.

One of my tech buddies who is doing a landing page suggested I do the same thing with a free valuation!  

I did get a reference from a buddy of mine, whose friend is a real estate agent near Larchmont.

But if the 'student' has already made up his mind that creative real estate is not possible, then it's so much easier for that person to not even try. 99% of those who proclaim that they want to get into real estate will never buy their first property, because it's not the type of 'paint-by-number-scheme' that want it to be.How do you explain that he recommends his good buddy "Robert Abalos', who's been disbarred in Virigina, Maryland and DC for real estate fraud? 

@Jason HawkYes, I was saying my buddy moved out to Kansas City recently and I was thinking about investing in that area since it's a little cheaper to get started.
