That's why if all mortgage is converted to 3YARM from 30YFRM, real estate price may go down by now lol ... someone has 5 million assets right now and paid $2500 monthly mortgage LOL , it's quite possibleThat'd be akin to folks creating the bubble in 05-06 with it popping in 08-09.
