Good afternoon, BP Forum,I'm in an interested situation and am curious to get some unbiased thoughts/opinions on the matter.

I'm planning to do that for each of my two sons when they move out and go to school. 

Its was initially a very suburban location which over the years has become prime to many shops, restaurants, schools and IT companies.

Or should I focus entirely on building cash flow and leveraging real estate?

We have a 64% vacancy rate now a year and a half later and our unique property management style ensures that we are renting our spaces 2 x faster than the competition.

I live in New Jersey and would like to make this a medium term rental.
