Be relentless and call and text and borderline annoy him until he does what he was contracted and agreed to do   It’s a balance of the carrot and the stick.  

Men who don't know me, ESPECIALLY white-collar-occupation men, pull out their most annoying displays of manliness when they first meet me.

I've bought close to a dozen FNMA properties, and pretty much every single time I do, a new and annoying situation pops up that teaches me more and more about how they do business and how their deals work.

It's annoying, but it keeps my handy man busy.
