The only thing I wish it had was a better looking website (you can purchase a more stylish one from their affiliate company for a lot more money). 

On another note our affiliate title rep came in talking about a new law that will eliminate Authorizations To Convey with banks.

The website pulls most of the MLS info needed: address, size, layout, year built, DOM, photos, description, price, price per sq ft, distance to subject property, date sold and listed, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some info.I am not affiliated with the website but I do pay a monthly fee to use their service.I also use my realtor to pull comps and CMA reports to double check my work on tougher ARV's.

How do you get either your affiliates to sign this and or your vendors to sign this?

Perhaps I'm the odd man out, but I have no desire to link my Facebook account with my BiggerPockets account.My Facebook account links to friends and family, not to co-workers, business associates, affiliates etc.Personally, I find I use Facebook less and less, but it's still limited to family and friends.

For me, the costs broke down as follows:- Online Course: $300- Testing/Licensing: $170- Background Check: $25So, it was about $500 to get my license.On top of that are the brokerage fees, which can be anywhere from $0-300 per month, depending on the brokerage you affiliate yourself with.
