Any deal can be done and I admire your 50/50 out of the gate style.

See who you admire...see who has a temperament and professionalism and business model that you think you would be a fit with...and before partnering, get to know them a bit...see how you guys can 'date before you marry'. 

You will most likely find someone who admires your drive and who will be willing take you under their wing.  

I feel Ron Paul is too radical for the position.Although his constitutionalist background is very admirable, I simply don't think we can allow the free market to totally work out problems with, Environmental Protection, for example.

it could be a small private school..in carolina many small religious colleges (think less than 3,000 students) do not allow off campus housing, or limit it to seniors with a good gpa or something..something else to look into...but eddie, i admire your imagination on this one..there is a run down, boarded up motel in a trendy hot area where i live that i would love to change into one bedroom efficiencies...i prob wouldn't even tear out the heart shaped jacuzzis lol
