To counter this, you raise rents at the next opportunity and shorten the term of the lease to 6 months.The cycle continues and accelerates and you react by again shortening the term of the lease.In true hyperinflation, the lease terms would either shorten to a week or less OR have a price index component.On the bright side, soon everyone will own a multimillion or billion dollar portfolio of properties.

Marie Poe As far as I know, in Florida, the 5 year statute of limitations only applies if there is No foreclosure filed within 5 years from the date the loan is legally Accelerated, called due.
