If the surface is significantly colder than the inside temperature, your walls are probably lacking insulation and small amounts of humidity could collect as condensation on your walls (similar to a glass of ice water on a hot day).

If a through body color porcelain is used, a chip of the surface exposes a color underneath that closely matches the surface - that's a good thing (not the chipping, but that it isn't a horrible outcome).

Directly behind that pipe is a 1" round hole in the surface of the lid with no freeze plug or cover of any kind; it's just an open hole.

I know of an 8 unit, all one bedrooms that went for 2.5 mil, in a rent controlled area, a good area but pails in comparison as far as physical building imo to that Los Robles one on the surface.
