I’m thinking I can save on both ends of the spectrum....

It is also all about install quality... most people who rag on laminate have seen it done poorly.But as was mentioned  it also depends on where your house falls in the spectrum of "nice"  800k for a four bedroom is entry level here... 

The most expensive rental option was a 7 bedroom home for $2,395, and on the other end of the spectrum was a 1 bed home for $475.The market showed that 5 bedrooms near KSU can rent around $1,500 to $2,000 a month.

Yes I believe the buyer has to qualify with the leasing company to assume the lease however the credit spectrum is pretty big considering the buyer would have an electricity bill anyway, it's not adding a new bill it's replacing one bill with another lower one. 

I think this decision really comes down to your management style and where on the spectrum you want to be as a manager, ranging from slumlord up to polished professional.

It would be ideal if there was a firm that could provide the whole spectrum of real estate legal services also, but I'm not sure if that is realistic. 

I've read some of the cabinetry-related posts via the BP search box.I am realizing that I know quite a lot about higher end cabinets, but very little about the inexpensive end of the spectrum.  

My team and I are working to establish a community more geared toward full-time permanent living but tiny home can certainly offer a broad spectrum of solutions for many.

There are plenty of civilians living there, too, covering the spectrum of socio-economic groups. 

@Andrew S.Interest rates have dropped at both risk ends of the spectrum, note prices are up so yields are down in the secondary market.
