After the work and when the house is first lived-in, first tenants usually find little details or retouches needed that I always address.First tenant, a contractor and only house occupant, moved-in and installed cameras outside and inside the property.

If they turn it down, you can decide to counter back and ask them to share the cost or just suck it up and install it on your own dime after closing.

But if you can't find a company familiar with them use a company that doesn'tbjust do installs.

Everything was built and installed 2 years ago and is immaculate condition.

If people say they can't make it at that time, I take down their info and contact them again if the showing doesn't end up getting it rented.Another option is installing a combo lockbox, then having the interested party call or text when they arrive and then call when they've locked it back up (obviously get as much of their information as possible to mitigate the risk).
