I have already completed my ABR(Acredited Buyer Representative) Designation, Commercial PRO Series - Multifamily, PSA(Pricing Stategy Advisor), Fundamentals of working with RE Investors, Affordable Housing Solutions, and SFR(Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) Certifications.

@Tammie Spikes That's pretty good quote, close to our quotes considering all the permits and clearing and final certificate.

In our original offer, the seller was responsible for recertifying the property prior to close (rental certification expires in May).

We've found deals but my realtor runs it from there - showings, inspections, code enforcements, the SPIR, tenant notices, necessary docs (lead paint disclosure, fire & safety, energy audit, minimum housing certificates, etc...).

You can buy a book by itself and self-study but you must have a certificate of completion of 135 hours pre-licensing education.
