We used a company to appeal for our small apartment in Houston (Harris County) this year.

Anyway, the purpose of this forum is to learn and hopefully I can inspire you and others to think outside the box and consider some new ideas because having an arsenal full of weaponry is how you survive and thrive in the ever changing arena of REI. 

When you can afford to not have a paycheck for 3-12 months and it not bring your entire house of cards downI've been full-time for 2yrs but I live in a duplex, have no debt except student loans, and spent years honing my craft at living below the poverty so can easily survive leaner times if they occur.

Hopefully the house survives the cats.

How in Gods green earth are New York investors surviving out there with taxes the way the way?

Basically, I feel like I've survived the worst of it and I'm approaching the break even point so I should stick with it to reap the rewards on the other side rather than cut my losses.  8 years in the red, but 20+ years making decent cashflow.Thanks again.Andy
