I don’t immediately think it was due to a medical issue or some unexpected personal circumstance, even though I have been there; it’s usually more along the lines of, 'They must’ve found something unsatisfactory with the property.'

I have found that careful tenant screening is critical.

We have found that those who are unemployed and pretty much housebound are the ones who tend to disrespect the property and have too much time on their hands for nothing good.
