I don't live in that area, but I frequently attend the State Fair of Texas and other events in the area...including the annual Texas/OU football game at the Cotton Bowl Stadium.Dallas voters recently passed a new bond to invest additional moneys into the Fair Park to continue to have it serve as an attraction for in-town and out of town visitors.

Others weren't so fortunate.Morris had the opportunity with his on line presence and oh shucks approach with his wife to be the premier marketing company in the US .. problem is his business model is not REAL  every thing he says is just reality in his mind its not reality in the real world. so you create this fantasy of 40k to 50k inner city rentals being passive income to retire on.. it hits a price point hundreds of thousand can afford and then you Ponzi it by taking profits on houses that never got rehabbed and sending rent checks to out of area investors who think they have a solid tenant.. when in fact they have a vacant shell.
