I actually like building businesses(working on my online empire right now :) ) and seems like hiring a prop manager and wholesaler/agent would be a good starting point.

It's a 3 day job so if I can pull this off a couple more times I will get it free.Anyone have a inexpensive drywall guy in SoCal Inland Empire?

I have found that you cannot learn too much from the shows (they do not usually disclose everything, not my market, etc), so I would rather spend time working on my own flips or watching other shows purely for entertainment (Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men).

Aaron Mazzrillo is a big-time wholesaler out in the Inland Empire and active here on BP.

But who knows what some soused up state legislator might have come up with, they aren't the brightest people in the world, just look at congress, which is why we are going to go the way of the Roman Empire.
