I own in both LLC's and my name, and at the end of the day a good insurance policy is always first with financing in place being a close second in acting as a deterrent to lawsuits.

Hi Eddie-A couple of things-  Firstly I would quantify not wanting to work a 14 hour day as quality of life vs lazy. 

One day a guest parked a little too close to the neighbor’s driveway, neighbor came out and told the guest he wasn’t welcomed there and to move the car.

At the end of the day, a recently divorced person with high credit scores and good pay is gonna keep a roof over thier head. 

Moving or relocating desert trees and Joshua Trees is a nightmare... nightmare time issues dealing with the county waiting for planning approval (I know that building inspections only occur one day a week). etc...Any insights for new construction in JT would be helpful...Thanks
