Brokers with exceptional communication, negotiation and experience will be at a premium, especially those with finance or mortgage experience for creative structuring and/or established relationships with listing brokers. 

Maybe they communicate differently but have good intentions.

Hey @Holly Polf, I use my standard cell number to communicate with guests.

One thing I do not care for is that the communication with tenants is not easy to do on the platform. 

If the problem is communicated quickly that gives just 3 hrs and 15 mins to solve it and perform clean up around it.

Since I live out of USA now for my job, I feel I am often taken advantages by our property PM companies with bigger maintenance bills, loose communications.

Honestly, I think the thing that has worked the best for me is forming great relationships with other agents in the area and being strong with my communication.
