I was at a guru event a few years back ( invited guest non paying)  and the celebrity investor guru was the husband and wife team of Flip Vegas.. so they get on stage to do Q and A  and of course everyone wants to know how they did it etc.. when in fact they get paid millions to just be the face and show up..

I heard about Old Capital and actually went to one of the deal celebration they partnered with when I was in DFW couple weeks ago.

After read that I open my eyes and stop looking at the though of real estate success as a celebrity and look at it as a real normal person easily accessable.

We celebrate for about 4 hours until it rains and I got up to the attic to check on it - still leaking. 

If you are insured properly, you'll have a much nicer property when it's all said and done.I have some properties that I would literally dance a jig and take a trip to Hawaii to celebrate them burning down!!!

@Joe S.I'm still open to ideas well.But, celebrate the small stuff.

I would celebrate even more because they are probably not as far behind in rent as could be.  

I think to be that successful an element of celebrity status helps.  

And, here's what you should be celebrating that you missed so far:  51% of all tenants in Florida are delinquent in rent. 

Let's do some post milestone celebrations, who else is hitting a key number?
