You could each get cards as individual llc’s via individual EIN’s.I haven’t cashed a card out yet but there are various methods.

@Jill Barrett start networking with other investors in the UP here on BP via search feature.Ask/pay an agent to generate a list of all the houses in an area you define have sold for cash in the last 12 months - pretty good sign an investor bought it.

Ofcourse they have certain rules , some of which I might agree , some I might not , but at the end of the day , that is the case in every aspect of real estate investing .Anyway , I have researched extensively on using construction loans , and am doing a rehab with that approach , learnt a ton of stuff - If you ever consider that route , dont hesitate to get in touch via BP - I can review my notes and perhaps give some pointersThe first page on this website says "NO surprises" lol.

I would recommend at least networking with 100-300 people via forums and/or zooms before you drop any money on anything (books are the exception, get plenty of those if that works for you as a learning tool).
