I do check placement (we do well on either platform but have a few more niche offerings for our area) so not taking that calendar booking "hit" much.

Companies tend to do well when they professionally respond to negative posts, and either provide their version of events and stand their ground, or do what it takes to turn the angry poster into an ally.

Every "good deal" would have to be well below asking to get the figures I would want. 

Are there any creative things that could be done to get to my goals or from your standpoint,  or is it pretty well a firm "not gonna fly" type scenario? 

However, I am open to out of state rentals as well.
