Found biggerpockets on youtube as I was watching videos about Velocity banking.

I have been watching some of Grant Cardone's videos on YouTube and he always suggests going big. 

Well I would like clarification on certain things that’s why lol I can only find so much on YouTube, podcast and articles.

He gives some good insights on the area and has also started his own youtube channel about investing, worth checking out if you are new to the “biz."

I’m hiding in my cocoon, transforming into a beautiful RE Investor, learning all I can.

I know we are grown and "can do whatever you want with your earnings", but one thing I see a lot on youtube, forums and such, is the omission (knowingly or unknowingly) of advice to young investors who have earned their first deal cheque or after theyve done a few deals.Im curious to hear some perspectives.

When I watched YouTube they always seem to put 20k in rehab cost.

I have been watching every YouTube video I can, reading as many books as I can, and talking to every investor I encounter.

I am 61 years old and have dedicated myself to learning from this website, a couple other sites like YouTube, and I read a book about every two to three weeks.I spend about 10 to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week doing that.
