I would also get the largest fridge that fits the opening and avoid bottom of the line dishwashers, because they are loud and don't get dishes clean.

I have a tenant who wants to place a satellite dish on the roof of the house he rents.

You really need a 2-bowl sink for washing dishes. 

How do you keep the satellite dishes off your roof?
