Lets say it does cost you an arm and a leg then you have to cancel (probably cancelation fees apply) and reset your phone systems elsewhere (what if you can't do it in a timely manner) so that you can be up and running again!

Over the years I have found that real estate investing communities are tight knit groups and word gets around quickly amongst investors and agents if someone operates in a less than above board manner (not that you would, I'm just saying).My general rule of thumb is that if someone gives me the lead then I go out of my way to make sure they get paid.

What you wear is not nearly as important as what you know...I actually listened to a speaker who said he dressed like a 'Hill Billy" because he didn’t want the seller to know he was successful...Personally I believe that if you have great systems in place it doesn’t matter what you wear or what you drive up in for that manner..I wear a suit, sometimes levis and a polo shirt and occasionally shorts and a polo shirt..If I am not in my suit I am always in a shirt that tells the world what I do..
