Frankly, I'm not crazy about tenants messing with anything that has to do with connecting water that is always left on (ie dishwasher, washing machine) or electricity that needs to be specifically wired (ie range, dryer).

Hi Mike,I don't know the specific answer to your question, but the dirt cheap bare minimum 'online' brokerage that I've seen a lot of people use, after spinning their wheels and doing a bunch of research, is these guys.To align expectations: you get what you pay for, which in your case may end up being 100% perfectly fine.

In terms of property value, I dont think it would have much of an impact as SRA really isnt classified as a crime specifically because of secular laws and such and the crime would be sa, murder, extortion etc..

It may not add much but as it happens…My new build home in Las Vegas (DR Horton build) specifically says I do not have any subsurface rights.
