Do you think we should pull out and lose $3000 earnest money or ride it out and see what happens? 

I suspect right now coming into April and the uncertainty of rents coming in PM's are going to be quite busy and will like landlords suffer reduced incomes as their income is based on collected rent at least the monthly portion .. just going to be a wild ride for landlords and Pm's in the next few months but it will pass.I suspect PM's are being bombarded right now with worried investors..   

Let them ride out this storm.

You never know who cashed out at the right time, had some type of cash settlement just come in, or is willing to take a loss in the market to not have to potentially ride out further loses.The issue I am seeing is not necessarily the capital not being available, but the uncertainty in real estate right now. 

My fear is if I ride this out a few months, even if things go back to normal somewhat, the economy is deeply damaged and values will likely fall

Do nothing and ride out the storm and rent when the market comes back. 

My fear is a new tenant paying 1st month and riding out the deferred evictions rules due to covid 19So people What adjustments are you making to the covid-19 pandemic??

I was just letting people know who are new into this and does not have the reserves to ride this if tenants do not pay.
