Hello All,My business partner and I are looking to network with reputable wholesalers and residential brokers in the Greater Cleveleand area.

Does anyone have experience or know any reputable brokers, small banks, or attorneys in Cincinnati, Ohio that I could meet with about using retirement funds to purchase an investment property?

That being said, I am trying to get straightforward, reputable & honest information when it comes to the facts about getting started in wholesaling and what it takes to be successful and am finding so much contradictory information that I don't know what to make of it. 

According to a story in The New York Times, the buyer wanted his deposit back and refused to close on the sale after he found out about the house’s haunted reputation.

They sold their company “in good faith” and their reputation in the community is being tarnished.

Plus this is a smal community and I don’t want to damage my reputation.

Do your deal (maybe 2 or 3) and build your reputation such that outside investors will be comfortable lending to you. 

(also, i have all my updated scores from all three bureaus from a well reputable company to pass along instead of getting my credit run again, but the agents ALL say they need to run it thru there company.) 

Find a reputable RE attorney and see what they say.

If you don't already have an attorney, check out the credentials and reputation of any attorney you plan to retain for this purpose to be sure they know their stuff.
