Plus, the local REIA is a wealth of in-depth knowledge of local cities, markets, rental rates, etc.I always remind our REIA members that successful investing (including finding your dream vacation/rental home) always comes down to three main things:1) knowing what you want,2) having a great reason for wanting it,3) and then letting everyone know both of those!

Pressure them to release it - remind them they have no outstanding debt on the books, why wouldn't they?

whenever I get overwhelmed by amount of info in RE and get discouraged (analysis paralysis) I reminded myself how I learned in my current line of business and how little by little I grew up in it, and that's what keeps me going and motivate.
