Just like any vacation spot, some are looking for deals, some want an experience and some want location..Just think Vegas, you can stay off strip and Uber in or stay at the Bellagio and be in the middle of it all with high end everything.

I've sent her the 30 days vacate notice a month ago and we have agreed for her to move out this coming April 15th.I have a potential tenant who wants to see the room for rent.

This is my first multi-unit purchase, with larger purchase number with high interest rate in the neighborhood i never had rental property, which all add together that gives me anxiety, even though i used to work in the area for 14 years....so i cant say i am not familiar with the neighborhood, just never owned any propertydefinitely never felt good at closing, and chest pain is real, i dont recall when was the last time i was happy at closing, it's always "why i did it again", then i remembered because i need to make more income.summer being great time to get new tenant, but also worst financial time for me with kid summer camp, summer vacation travel...etc 

Hi forum, I'm sure this topic comes up regularly, but...We have purchased a vacation rental in Coastal Connecticut, Beach community. 

(Oregon Landlord Tenant Law prohibits a seller from giving the tenant a vacate notice for a buyer to move in.

For example a W2 worker who works 40 hours a week for 50 weeks out of the year, assuming 2 week vacation, works 2080 hours.

It is the use of the building which is restricted.You won't be putting a vacation rental in this area without inviting a quick lawsuit, and you will lose.  

From 2020 through 2022, I felt that investors had an unhealthy, and unrealistic, view of investing in a vacation rental. 

Anyplace you'd take your family on vacation could be great areas.You'll need a great property and to be able to stand out from your competition.
