One of my condos is a deal that I found out about from the board president, and I'm currently waiting to close on one that came from a guy I met in the neighborhood.I also try to take a board member out for breakfast every now and then.

If I had no debt, I probably couldn't sleep at night because that would mean I have a lot of dead Presidents taking vacation at my expense and the cost of that would be the erosion of my capital due to inflation.

I have lived in the community for 18 years and have served previously on the Board as President and Treasurer.

We had a recall of the entire board, and the president went by the number of votes received to hand out the terms (three two year and two one year).
