Shop around to find another PM and then when you find a PM company that meets your needs then go to your current PM and tell them what you want.I think you ARE paying premium for you PM so you shouldn't be getting barebones service.

I believe the PMI premium is NOW tax deductible, so make sure you do it.However, this was an update on FHA mortgages we got earlier this year but I am not sure if the legislation was actually passed.

Same thing there, if insurance is part of the escrow, then any premium refund may go to the original owner and not you.
