Instead, I've heard of hosts raising the nightly rate high enough it won't book or setting a 30-day minimum stay and had no issues with a double booking.

Long story short: 5 unit multifamily set up with frontier internet.

If its little down or nothing down then of course this is a hard no.. this could be set up pretty easy to rip rents.
