Price points are usually not too high and if you are patient you can find something that works.

i like my main job in the health field but i'd also like to live a little and travel (i want to travel the world before i'm physically not able to anymore) without worrying about my patients or answering tenant calls. i currently own 5 multifamily properties i purchased from 2009 to 2013 and they are all free and clear.

Be patient, find a good tenant and then lock them in for a year.
