Normally I put on blinds to avoid tenants standing on wobbly chairs nailing curtains into the walls but this time I hung rod curtains using spring loaded rods so no screwing/nailing to the frames were required.

I think Steve K. nailed it with the comments on inspection:"I would only recommend it in certain circumstances such as when a material fact is uncovered during inspection that wasn't disclosed or factored into the price (it should be a good reason that perhaps neither party knew about)."

Hi Bobby,If you pull a sheet of paneling off with a pry bar and it's just finishing nailed to the wall vs glued, it should come out pretty quickly.Good Luck!
