My priority is securing the home, putting up security cameras, Ring Doorbell, Smartlock, getting utilities switched to my name, internet, and the major furniture items (Bed, couch, dressers, etc.)How would you guys tackle this?

All TVs are mounted at a height that is comfortable on the neck to watch from the couch or bed. 

I have the latest and greatest equipment (cameras, drone, lights, mics) & software and produce quality online, TV, & radio promos and commercials.

Is there a living room and kitchen or are they sitting on couches on the back yard and cooking on a BBQ?!

Imagine a tenant taking a shower and all of a sudden they find themselves in the livingroom on the couch...I wish it was because they learned how to apparate...but no this would be a result of the bathtub falling through the floor.So...there has to be some good news here right...Sorta...maybe... we have to run all new electrical and pull down the ceilings now...so installing recessed lighting all throughout the first floor is a no brainer at this point.

I'm ready to get of the couch and get over whatever they call it analysis paralysis.
