Given the proximity to the baseball and football stadiums we are reasonably confident that we should be able to generate 2500-3000 per month in revenue per ADU and if that doesn't work out we should be able to make them long term rentals as well. 

Even IF they did build a new Baseball stadium East of Downtown, that would be seasonal and not something to count on ten years from now.

Its like looking at a baseball players batting average after the first game of the year.

Our situation is unique in the fact that I play professional baseball in the LA Angels organization so from around February to September I will be on the road with my wife playing.

Even when you get divorced, if you have kids, you're married for life....you'll hopefully have lots of birthday parties, baseball games, weddings, grandkids, graduations, and all the fun things kids and grandkids bring.
