I agree.. this doesnt mean wholesaling is bad/shady..What is most funny is that you keep saying "from my experience wholesalers [insert negativity here], and .. yada ada yada..yet everyone here that replied to is against you defending wholesalers and most of these defenders are not even wholesalers.Maybe it is time to just say "hey, I know nothing about wholesalers and I don't think I really have justification to talk as if I know wholesalers or wholesaling.Are their dishonest wholesalers?

Most investors say things like; i can offer you this value, without any pre justification to the seller and then wonder why they were turned down.What we do has enormous value to a motivated prospect and zero value to an unmotivated prospect.

The lender will have to be okay with the double close (and any title risks associated with a double close) and also be okay with the mark-up.If he purchases the property and then turns around and sells it, the lender will see the previous purchase price and will likely want justification for the increase at resale.Either way, he'll need to find the lender himself first...
